Curraha 0-6 Navan O Mahonys 4-18

A tough start to the campaign for an inexperienced Curraha side in the opening round of the Feis Cup.

With a number of regular starters unavailable, a youthful selection done their best to keep pace with a more seasoned O'Mahonys side. 

O'Mahonys were quick out of the blocks, and had 1-3 on the board before Gavin Coyle got Curraha up and running. A high scoring spell after the water break left O'Mahonys in control by half time, with Rob McGovern and Ben Heagney chipping in with points for Curraha. 

Conor Moriarty came off the bench to score 2 second half points, with Matthew Brennan contributing with a point as well.
